Perim is the widow of late Archerian Governor Thorlack with whom she had two children. She played an active role in her husband's government, serving as hostess to the Pacifica's landing party lead by Commodore Butterworth in 2380 where she spent her time talking with Doctor Morgan and Counsellor Baron about Archerian culture and traditions.
