Commander Rebecca Gallen (née Butterworth) is a Starfleet officer serving as the head of the Public Relations Division for the Star Fleet Recruitment Office on Earth. Rebecca is the eldest child to parents Vicki and Harold Butterworth. She has one younger brother Daniel Butterworth who also serves in Starfleet as the Commanding Officer of the USS Pacifica. She is married to Scott Gallen and has two young children both boys Connor Gallen and Samuel Gallen.
