An Old Hand Returns.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome an old hand back to the group in the form of Lieutenant Akaris Venn who will be taking up his old position as Chief Intelligence Officer. Venn has a long and established history with the Pacifica so could you all please join with me in welcoming him back to the group.
