Ensign Vince Parker is a member of the [[USS Pacifica}Pacifica's]] Security Department who in 2381 took part in the away team mission to [[Pearen IV]] where he served as a member of Team 1. Ensign Parker spent the majority of the mission guarding and working on Team 1's Runabout the [[USS Derwent]]. He later helped to treat the injuries of Lieutenant JG [[Lance Grex]] and watched over him while Commander [[Buzz Polaris]] and Ensign [[Amy Sinclair]] searched for the missing Lieutenant [[Francine Hart]].
