Apologies, Updates and Award Winners
Posted on Tue Aug 6th, 2013 @ 10:49am by Captain Daniel Butterworth
Hi guys,
I’ve got lots to get through today with this announcement so let’s get to it. Firstly I want to apologise for my quietness over the past couple of weeks as I’ve had a few things on my plate that have been keeping me busy. This is likely to continue for at least another couple of weeks. I will still be around and posting but I won’t be anywhere near as active as I would like. If you need anything in the meantime please feel free to contact Francine who is on hand to answer any questions or concerns.
Moving on to the mission itself. I am currently writing up the new timeline that will explain how the year passes to the Isis Mission. It will also outline all of the missions that we will be doing in the lead up to that as well. The current mission has gone for a little bit longer then I had originally expected, but I’m not too worried by that and I am happy for things to play out in it’s own time. I know that there are a number of JP’s in the work at the moment and they will move us to the point where I can bring the current sim day to the end. Once the current sim day is finished we will move forward to the 25th of December, for the annual Christmas dinner.
Finally I am happy to announce that Lieutenant Commander Matthew Horne despite being absent for the last couple of days of the month has won the Simmer of the Month Award for July. He has also taken out the Post of the Month Award with Francine for their JP titled “The Morning After.” Congrats to both Francine and Matt on their win!
That’s it from me for the moment, if you have any questions or concerns please let Francine know.
Happy Simming.
Daniel.
