Keith Kingsley is a noted and highly respected Federation Ambassador active in the later half of the 24th century. The Ambassador is best known for his work with the Romulan Star Empire during the Rikan Pirate Campaigns in 2381-82. The Ambassador is largely credited with establishing a open dialog with the Romulan Government over the pirate threat that led to the eventual cooperation between the two powers. Working together the two galactic powers would eventually curtail the pirates group's activities along the Neutral Zone and finally defeat them in early 2382. In late 2382 Ambassador Kingsley was transferred to Starbase 99 after being selected by the Federation Council to serve as the Federation representative during peace with the parties involved in the Gorn Crisis.
