After returning home to the correct time line the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]] began the slow process of transporting the [[USS Noble]] to Starbase 74. On the way to the Starbase the [[USS Noble|Noble's]] crew were debriefed by the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica's]] Counselor Lieutenant Commander [[Vanessa Baron]] who discovered that a number of the [[USS Noble|Noble's]] crew were suffering from memory loss. Even with the assistance of Doctor [[Connie Butterworth|Connie Morgan]] they were unable to discover the cause of the memory loss. Meanwhile Lieutenant [[Mark Kirkwood]] continued his repair work on the [[USS Noble|Noble]] and discovered a strange energy source coming from inside the [[USS Noble|Noble's]] primary reactor. Being unable to scan the energy at all, he called for Commander [[Buzz Polaris]] who came and took a look for himself only to find that the energy source had completely disappeared which allowed the primary reactor to come online for the first time since the ship was salvaged. From this point Commander [[Buzz Polaris]] headed to the bridge of the [[USS Noble|Noble]] and began to act strange and on returning to the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]] he was spotted crawling around a number of the ship's jefferies tubes. He eventually returned to the [[USS Noble|Noble]] where he unleashed an attack on the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica'' with the [[USS Noble|Noble's]] phasers damaging the [[USS Pacifica]] heavily before withdrawing towards a nearby nebula.
Upon finishing at the nebula the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]] set course for [[Deep Space 12]] as the ship was to undergo a major refit. On the way to the Station [[Francine}Hart|Ensign Francine Hart]] was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade and it was learned that both [[Chris Johnson|Lieutenant Chris Johnson]] and [[Matthew Horne|Lieutenant Commander Natthew Horne]] were leaving the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]]. Once docked at the Station to undergo it's refit the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica's]] crew planned a celebration to honour the departing crewmembers. The party was set in period dress in a 1950's Holosuite program that was held over on [[Deep Space 12]].  


At a loss to discover the reasons behind [[Buzz Polaris|Polaris']] actions the crew began to investigate and eventually after extensive work by [[Connie Butterworth|Doctor Morgan]] and [[James Harris|Lieutenant JG Harris the reason was eventually discovered. [[Buzz Polaris|Commander Polaris had been possessed by an alien force like the Noble's crew before them. With this new found information [[Akaris Venn|Lieutenant Akaris Venn]] lead a runabout mission to catch up with the [[USS Noble|Noble]] while the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica's]] crew continued with repairs. The recovery mission proved to be quite dangerous as the alien changed bodies a number of times, it eventually became trapped inside the mind of Second Lieutenant [[Rogal Dorn]] due to his mental abilities. With the alien captured inside of an injured [[Rogal Dorn|Dorn]] the runabout crew returned to the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]].


Upon more study and with the help of a abandoned cat that [[James Harris|Harris had discovered on the [[USS Noble|Noble]] they were able to discover that there was another alien onboard the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]]. The crew managed to track the alien and stopped it from gaining access to the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica's]] computer. When confronted by Ensign [[Adam James]] the alien in a possessed crewman crewman's body attacked the ensign before it transferred into [[Adam James|James']] mind leaving him injured and unconscious. A tired [[Connie Butterworth|Doctor Morgan]] and the rest of the Pacifica's medical staff managed to treat [[Adam James|James']] injuries.

After informing the [[Daniel Butterworth|Commodore]] of the possible attack [[L'Verrem|Lieutenant JG L'Verrem]] returned to the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]] to warn [[Mark Kirkwood|Lieutenant Mark Kirkwood]] and managed to track and take down one of the terrorists injuring himself in the process. As more of the senior crew learned of the threat to the ship [[Daniel Butterworth|Commodore Daniel Butterworth,]] [[Buzz Polaris|Commander Buzz Polaris,]] [[Connie Butterworth|Doctor Connie Morgan]] and [[Akaris Venn|Lieutenant Akaris Venn]] returned to the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]] and started to look into it while [[Owen Banks|Ensign Owen Banks]] and [[Mark Kirkwood|Kirkwood]] discovered [[L'Verrem]] injured on deck 19. Quickly calling for medical assistance [[Owen Banks|Banks]] and [[Mark Kirkwood|Kirkwood]] located the last two terrorists who had just set off the timer on the bomb. With 5 minutes until detonation [[Mark Kirkwood|Lieutenant Kirkwood]] removed the device from the antimatter containment system and the device was beamed off of the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]] just in time by [[James Harris|Lieutenant James Harris]]. With the crisis out of the way the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica's]] crew were able to go about with the refit, as the crew on [[Deep Space 12|DS12]] took over the investigation into the attack on the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica]]
 
While [[Adam James|James]] was unconscious, he successfully made first level contact with the alien inside of him and was able to learn more about the lifeforms. With the help of the alien inside of him [[Adam James|James]] was able to overcome the sedatives he was under and woke back up in sickbay, where he served as the aliens liaison to the crew giving them a means to send the aliens home peacefully. After heavy discussion by the senior crew [[Daniel Butterworth|Butterworth]] allowed the mission to get the aliens home to commence. The mission involved taking a runabout into the nebula and allowing the alien to recharge themselves while the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica's]] engineering teams repaired the [[USS Noble]] so that it had enough power to cause a heavy explosion which would open a gap in the fabric of space that would allow the aliens to return to their home. Ensign [[Francine Hart]] was chosen to lead the runabout mission with [[Rogal Dorn|Dorn]] and [[Adam James|James]].
 
While [[Mark Kirkwood|Kirkwood]] and the [[USS Pacifica|Pacifica's]] new Assistant Chief Engineer Lieutenant Junior Grade [[Marcus Cesarian]] began to ready the [[USS Noble|Noble]] for it's part in the mission. Ensign [[Francine Hart|Hart]] got the runabout mission under way and after a bumpy ride in the nebula the aliens recharged themselves and some how mangaged to stablise the nebula. After repairs were completed on the [[USS Noble|Noble]] Commander [[Buzz Polaris|Polaris]] flew it into the nebula and met up with the runabout. He beamed himself over to the runabout as it flew out of the nebula and the [[USS Noble|Noble]] exploded taking the aliens back to their home.

Introduction

The USS Pacifica returns to Deep Space 12 for a refit and some relaxation.

Summary

Upon finishing at the nebula the Pacifica set course for Deep Space 12 as the ship was to undergo a major refit. On the way to the Station [[Francine}Hart|Ensign Francine Hart]] was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade and it was learned that both Lieutenant Chris Johnson and Lieutenant Commander Natthew Horne were leaving the Pacifica. Once docked at the Station to undergo it's refit the Pacifica's crew planned a celebration to honour the departing crewmembers. The party was set in period dress in a 1950's Holosuite program that was held over on Deep Space 12.


The party saw two relationships on the Pacifica draw closer together, as the Pacifica's newest crewmember Lieutenant Junior Grade L'Verrem learned of a possible terrorist attack with the USS Pacifica as the target that would occue during the refit. After informing the Commodore of the possible attack Lieutenant JG L'Verrem returned to the Pacifica to warn Lieutenant Mark Kirkwood and managed to track and take down one of the terrorists injuring himself in the process. As more of the senior crew learned of the threat to the ship Commodore Daniel Butterworth, Commander Buzz Polaris, Doctor Connie Morgan and Lieutenant Akaris Venn returned to the Pacifica and started to look into it while Ensign Owen Banks and Kirkwood discovered L'Verrem injured on deck 19. Quickly calling for medical assistance Banks and Kirkwood located the last two terrorists who had just set off the timer on the bomb. With 5 minutes until detonation Lieutenant Kirkwood removed the device from the antimatter containment system and the device was beamed off of the Pacifica just in time by Lieutenant James Harris. With the crisis out of the way the Pacifica's crew were able to go about with the refit, as the crew on DS12 took over the investigation into the attack on the Pacifica
