Basic Overview In Character & Out of Character
Lieutenant Tobias Barber joined the USS Pacifica fresh out of space dock as an Engineer. Ee served as Acting Chief Engineer in 2377 on two different occasions when Lieutenant Commander Horne was unavailable. He left the Pacifica in 2378 when he was named as the new Chief Engineer on the USS Kelvin.
During his time on the Pacifica Lieutenant Barber was played by TB who was eventually forced to leave the Pacifica due to schooling committments.
