NPC Starfleet Officer
Ensign Tod Offman is a engineer serving in the [[USS Pacifica}Pacifica's]] Engineering Department under the supervision of Lieutenant Commander Mark Kirkwood. He is one of the junior officers of the department and specialises in damage control and maintenance. Because of his talents he was selected by Lt. Commander Kirkwood to join the runabout Odin as it investigated the crippled freighter Durban.
