Standing at a height of 173 cm (5' 8") Oliver doesn't match the prototypical and intimidating image of a Starfleet security officer lacking both the height and body frame. He is in tremendous physical shape and maintains his fitness through an extensive daily workout routine. He is well toned and surprisingly strong for his compact size.
