Standing at a height of 173 cm (5' 8") Oliver doesn't match the prototypical and intimidating image of a Starfleet security officer lacking both the height and body frame. He is in tremendous physical shape and maintains his fitness through an extensive daily workout routine. He is well toned and surprisingly strong for his compact size. His brown hair is always cut short and he always keeps a clean and neat appearance both on and off duty. Ollie also has brown eyes and he has been told that he resembles his father at the same age.

He is a naturally confident person who has an assertive personality mixed with a witty and often sarcastic sense of humour. Oliver’s cavalier attitude makes him appear to be more brash and cocky then he actually is. He is a man who holds his friends, family and colleagues in high regard.
