Post of the Month
Post of the Month
The USS Pacifica Post of the Month Award is handed out to the Pacifica player or players who have written the best post of the previous month as chosen by the crew. This award is aimed at highlighting the writing skills of the Pacifica's players. The post of the month award was introduced in May 2005 and has been in use ever since.
Selection Process
Each month one member of the Pacifica's crew will read through the posts for the month just past and select the five posts that they feel were the best for the month. The player who selects the posts is unable to select their owns posts. These selections are forwarded to Commodore Butterworth, who will review the selected posts and add any posts from the selecting member that he feels are worthy of consideration. Once ready the final list is presented to the crew, who then vote on the Pacifica's forums for the post that they feel was the best.
