NPC Romulan Commander

Commander Horek commanded the Romulan Warbird Levix when it joined the USS Pacifica in a search for a Rikan vessel in the Albanar Nebula. Horek is a highly decorated romulan commander who took command of the Levix at the end of the Dominion War after making a name for himself on the Warbird D'Arvuk where he served as first officer before and during the Dominion War. Both he and the Levix played a major role in the search of the Albanar Nebula by devising the search pattern that eventually found the Rikan Vessel that they were looking for.
