NPC Archerian Scientist

Ti'kin was a senior Archerian scientist who served as a Government advisor and was the Director of the Archerian Geographic Institute until his death in 2380. Ti'kin was a prominent member of the movement lead by Ro'chor and was partially responsible for the design and development of the earthquake device used in 2380. He was killed by his own creation when Ro'chor used the device to cause an earthquake that hit the Archerian Parliament where a diplomatic reception was being held that Ti'kin was attending.
