NPC Romulan Officer

Sub-Commander Tomal Remla was the first officer of the Warbird Levix during it's search of the Albanar Nebula with the USS Pacifica. Remla along with Centurion Petroliv served as liason officers onboard the Pacifica during the search of the nebula and Remla himself took part in the away team mission lead by the Pacifica's Chief Intelligence Officer Lieutenant Akaris Venn that boarded and explored the abandoned Rikan Vessel.
