General Overview: Cole is a nice guy he can get along with mostly anybody, he doesn't say much unless your are good friends with him. Cole is the one to count on when things get rough.

History

When Cole was only six his only goal was to go to Starfleet he did his best in school and finally made it into Starfleet. Cole joined Starfleet at 17, he didn't have any aims as to what he wanted to be. He started out taking many classes, he took security and the more he did it the more he liked it. He graduated from his class right in the middle and he was stationed on starbase 900, shortly after being stationed there a party of klingons came to trade and got a little drunk. A security squad was sent to detain them, Cole was one of them. Well a brawl started out and soon punches were being thrown Cole turned to help a fellow Security Officer when a Klingon pulled out his blade and sliced Cole up the back. Cole was sent to sickbay in critical condition, the blade has severed some of his nerves but the doctor was able to repair the damage.

Six months later he was transferred to the USS Victory a Excelsoir Class Refit. The Victory was stationed at DS9 for supplies before venturing into the Gamma Quadrant On the other side of the worm hole was a small Jem'Hadar scout ship, the comm officer picked up a communication from the scout vessel. The victory disabled the scout but not soon enough as the scout sent a message to the nearest Jem'Hadar battleship. Yhe battleship arrived in minutes forcing the Victory into a tough battle and were eventually overwhelmed. With the Victory crippled the crew prepared for the worse but the USS Valkarie a Sovereign Class starshup warped in to the system just at the right moment. The sudden entrance of the Valkarie confused the Jem'Hadar battleship, the Valkarie launched a few hellfires forcing the battleship into retreat. The survivors on the Victory received permission and started beaming over their wounded.

The Victory was towed back to DS9 and then decommissioned Cole then received orders from the captain of the Valkarie to transfer over as Chief Tactical and Security Officer. The Valkarie was stationed near the Romulan border, a few months after being transferred to the Valkarie a Romulan battleship decloaked and sent a transmission of one sentence "Borg attack require assistance please follow. The Romulan vessel lead the Valkarie towards the far reaches of Romulan space, the Valkarie's sensors picked up a Borg Sphere head for Romulas. The Valkarie informed the Romulans and one Romulan bird of prey rammed the Sphere causing both ships to explode.

Back in Federation space the Valkarie headed for Deep Space 12 for repairs, Cole heard of an opening of a position on the [USS Pacifica]] and trasferred to the Sovereign Class starship. After he served on the Pacifica for several months before being offered the position of Chief Security Officer on DS4 which he accepted.
